Lyniq offers digital design, development, branding, and related services. All deliverables are created based on the agreed project scope outlined in your contract.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, design references, and any materials required for the project. You must also ensure secure access to any collaborative platforms and communications used during the process.
3. Payments
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement or invoice. Delayed payments may result in project pauses or additional charges. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
• Ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.
• DB Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects (including images, drawings, and renders) in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• Use our work or services for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
• Copy, alter, or distribute any proprietary designs or assets of DB Studio without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
DB Studio is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misapplication of our deliverables.
• Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or third-party interference.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services in the event of a breach of these terms. Any outstanding payments remain due at the point of termination.
8. Amendments
DB Studio may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
